This week in reading we will be starting Module 8.  It is called "Time to Grow." We will be learning about what plants need to grow, thrive and survive.    In math we will continue to focus on whole number operations, measurement, 3-d shapes and addition/subtraction timed tests.  In science we have been doing experiments with sand,  clay and humus.  We have also got our caterpillars and have watched them grow five times their size.
